- New twist off design. Minimum clearance needed to remove cup of Aerofoamer.
- A silencer is now standard equipment on the Beckett housing. The injector housing inlet and air valve are all completely adjustable. Injector and housing easily comes apart for cleaning when required (the Beckett comes apart in less than 10 seconds).
- Air control valve controls the amount of air injected and bubble size.
- Unique swirl design creates more contact time, increasing efficiency. This swirling action also eliminates bubbles colliding into each other that can dislodge some of the waste products we are trying to export out of the system.
- 1 ½" gate valve with no metal parts easily adjusts flow rate to produce wet or dry foam.

- Here is a close-up view of the newly designed injector housing, which is one of the cornerstones to the Aerofoamer. The injector housing was designed to be highly efficient and easy to clean. The injector can easily be removed and completely disassembled in less than 10 seconds. Simply twist the cover off, then remove the Beckett.
- The injector operates by inducing large volumes of air through each of the four orifices located 90 degrees out from each other. The air is then converted into tiny bubbles controlled by the air valve. This allows the hobbiest to determine the exact amount and size of the bubbles. A simple filter can be added to remove environmental impurities.
