when the item is not available to ship in the usual one of two days we will let you know as soon as possible.
Why does it take so long to get this item?
This item is not stocked but instead picked up from one of our suppliers as orders are received. We find it best to handle items that are updated frequently, are very specialized or just plain slow moving, in this manner.

Supplement containing highly concentrated fluoride. Fluorine is one of the main micronutrients contained in seawater. In a closed aquarium system, skimmer and filtration media remove fluorine deposits from the water, therefore its supplementation is necessary. Fluorine participates in the calcification process and supports skeletal tissue. Sodium fluoride and calcium fluoride are the building material of coral skeletons, therefore fluoride supplementation is necessary in a reef aquarium. Balanced fluoride supplementation, effectively strengthens the blue and white coloration of SPS corals, as well as highlight the fluorescence of most corals.
Contains traces of potassium and iodine.
Dosage: 1 drop per 100 l (27 US gal) of water daily. 1 ml of Fluorine (~15 drops) in 100 l (27 US gal) of water raises the fluorine level by 0,06 ppm. It is important that each aquarium is different and the dosage depends on the coral cast and individual needs. Recommended level of fluorine in marine aquarium is 1.3 mgl/l (ppm). Do not over tighten the screw, otherwise the cover might be damaged.
