While this NEW improved version consists of the same species of phytoplankton as the older Spray Dried Marine Phytoplankton, it contains 65% more Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids (HUFA) and is supplied as larger particles which gradually break down into single cells (6-8 microns) as the material passes through the circulation pumps of an aquarium. This makes Dried Marine Phytoplankton-TR the most versatile food available to the reef aquarists.
