• The Rio is fully submersible and can be used with wet-dry filters, venturi protein skimmers, undergravel filtering systems, ponds and fountains. The RV Modified model comes complete with a Venturi Rejuvenation Conversion kit which mixes air and water before it is drawn into the impeller and broken up into tiny bubbles, making it ideal for use with smaller protein skimmers.
