I'm SO pleased with this product, as well as the veggie pellets I purchased. I was enthralled when I found out about Northfin fish food. What is and isn't on the ingredients list is impressive, to say the least, and it's made in the same country I live in. My algae eaters, who seemed to be just scraping by, are now thriving on these foods! They actually come out from hiding to eat with the guppies instead of waiting until dark to get the scraps, if there are any. I can't see myself ever switching back to the conventional food. It may cost more, but I feel that it's well worth the difference in cost.
